A special thanks to everyone who has donated items to the supply drive. This is everything I've gotten so far. I'll be collecting items until the end of September (for this supply drive-there may be others at later dates), so if you would like to donate, please email me!

Here's everything we have so far:
4 tubes of hydrocortizone cream
2 50 count boxes of IV prep antiseptic wipes (alcohol pads)
5 bottles of Infant Tylenol/acetominophen
4 tubes of diaper rash ointment
2 bottles of Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron
4 tubes of neosporin/antibiotic cream
1 bottle of Infant Motrin/ibuprofen
2 cans of Similac Neosure powder
2 packages of Huggies Preemie-sized diapers (30 pack)
1 preemie sized outfit
1 size 2T turtleneck
1 size large onesie
1 bib

Basically, I am collecting needed supplies for China Care Foundation (CCF) and True Children's Home (TCH). Needed items include infant Tylenol and Motrin (or the generics thereof), triple antibiotic cream, hydrocortisone cream, Preemie ANYTHING, regular replacement nipples, diapers for TCH (CCF has a special non-disposable diaper they use on everyone but preemie babies), clothes from preemie to 4T (for TCH, CCF has a mass amount), wipes (for TCH, same reason as the clothes), diaper rash ointment, infant towels, waterproof crib pads, bibs, pacifiers and clips, Fer-In-Sol supplement drops, Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron supplement drops, oral rehydration powders, development toys that do not have small pieces or need batteries, Similac Neosure Advance powder formula, Nestle Stage 1 and 2 powder formula, and much more.

Baby bottles, clothes, shoes, and jackets/coats that are USED may be donated if they are in excellent condition, like your child only wore that cute jacket once and outgrew it, you have tons of baby bottles left over from those years that hardly look used, etc.

I am now setting a deadline for donations of the end of September for this go-'round. I'd like to send the donations in in honor of Reese's 4th birthday, to CCF for the wonders they did for her in China, and to TCH as their affiliate.

China Care currently has more than enough children's clothing, shoes, wipes, and normal weight diapers. If you would like to donate such items, please look at the True Children's Home list. You are more than welcome to send these items, just be aware they will be going to True Children's Home, instead of China Care.

China Care & True Children's Home Supply Drive

Hello,

I am contacting you to ask for donations for the China Care Foundation/True Children's Home Supply Drive I am hosting. China Care Foundation, Inc., is a foundation helping special-needs orphans in China by providing medical, social, and educational support for these orphans until they find permanent homes. They help provide medically necessary treatments and a safe and nurturing environment. China Care has 4 Children's Homes, in Beijing where children stay for medical treatments (capacity: 35 children), Taiyuan, Shanxi (24-30 children), Baoji, Shaanxi (6 children), Baotou, Inner Mongolia (20-25 children), and they provide assistance to the True Children's Homes in Dongguan, Guangdong (22 children) and Anji, Zhejiang (16 children). True Children's Home is making a difference by working with some of China's poorest and least accessible orphanages by providing specialized care to special needs orphans. They, like China Care, which they are affiliated with, provide medical care for children with special needs, round-the-clock care for the children (with a caregiver to child ratio or 2:1), and foster care. Please donate items to help further the work of the China Care Foundation & True Children's Homes!

These items are urgently needed for the children in China Care's care. They have many preemies right now, as well. Among these needs are several Rx items, including Ventolin (albuterol) for a nebulizer, Pulimcort (.25 and .5 mg concentrations) for nebulizer, Xonepex for nebulizer, and Silversulphadiazine burn cream. If you know of a way we could purchase these items or of a doctor who would be willing to give us samples to send to China Care, please let me know, as these are some of the more difficult items to obtain. Many other items are on the Current Needs list, all of which would be much appreciated. True Children's Home also has a needs list, which can be found at >http://www.truechildrenshome.org/items.htm<. Among their items are Nestle Stage 1 and 2 formula, diapers from preemie to large, non-battery operated toys and toys with no small pieces, such as puzzles, blocks, baby-aged books, clothing and winter coats for preemie to 4T, and many other items, many of the same as are found on the China Care list.

If you would like to donate any of these items, please email me as soon as possible, and we can arrange either a pick-up here locally or I can provide my address for mailing the items. Monetary donations are accepted, either by cash or check made out to "China Care Foundation". If you would like your check to be used for the True Children's Homes, please designate that in the Memo section.
